Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of aeroflyyz.ca and the chauffeured ground-transportation services provided by AeroFlyyz Limo ("we", "us", "our").
1. Bookings & quotes
Fares quoted on this site are estimates based on the addresses, vehicle and options you provide and on third-party distance data. The final fare is confirmed by our dispatch team. Quoted rates are in Canadian dollars and exclude gratuity unless stated. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking reference by email, WhatsApp or phone.
2. Deposits & payment
Reservations are secured with a 15% deposit paid online via Stripe. The remaining balance is payable to your chauffeur by card or cash at the time of service, unless arranged otherwise. We do not store your full card details; payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, contact information and flight numbers.
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time; wait-time charges may apply (see Cancellation).
- For cross-border (USA) trips, carry valid travel documents. We are not responsible for denied border entry.
- No smoking in vehicles. Excessive cleaning resulting from spills, illness or damage may incur a cleaning fee.
4. Service & liability
We track flights and make every effort to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border wait times or events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for items left in vehicles.
5. Licensing & insurance
AeroFlyyz Limo operates as a licensed and insured ground-transportation provider in Ontario, Canada.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always appears on this page with its "last updated" date.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to provide your ride.
What we collect
- Booking details — name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off addresses, date/time, passenger and luggage counts, flight number and any notes you provide.
- Payment data — handled directly by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and your booking reference, not your full card number.
- Technical data — standard web analytics (pages visited, device type) if analytics are enabled, used only to improve the site.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your ride, send confirmations and updates, process your deposit, respond to enquiries, and meet legal/accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers necessary to operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, mapping/address services, and your assigned chauffeur. Each receives only what they need.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing reservations@aeroflyyz.ca. We retain booking records only as long as needed for service and legal obligations.
